• All hotel reservations are subject to availability of the rooms and rates applicable at the time of booking.

• Children aged 12 years or above will be considered as adults and charged accordingly.

• No charges will be applicable for kids below 5 years sharing the same room with their parents.

• Only 15% of the total billing amount will be charged as cancellation fees if you cancel your reservation more than 72 hours before check-in date.

• No refunds will be made if cancellation is made up to 72 hours before check in date or on the date of your arrival.

• It will take at least 7 working days to process refunds for booking cancelled online.

• Extra charges may be applicable if you book during the peak season.

Booking your selected hotel in Mussoorie through our website won't take up much of your time. If you have chosen a hotel to book, you can simply click on the 'Book Now' link, available at the end of each hotel page. Or you can go to our 'Request Form' fill it up and send us a request now. As soon as we receive your request, we'll get in touch with the selected hotel to check room availability on the required dates. Next, we will send you an email for instant booking, along with the billing amount and the A/C no. of that hotel. Once payment is confirmed, you will be receiving an email of booking information. Carry a print out of that email at the time of your arrival at the hotel.

Incase you wish to pay through Credit Card, you can easily download the Request Form, fill it up and fax it to us at the number we provide you. We promise you that all your details will be safe with us and will never be shared with any third party.
